Bharath Kumar Karanam is a highly accomplished CTO and Product Manager with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering. He is currently working at HCL as a Software Engineer, where he is responsible for developing and managing software solutions for clients across various industries. Bharath is a winner of the National Level Equal Cities Challenge, where he presented the most promising product that aims to impact the quality of lives of the urban poor and help cities graduate to inclusive and sustainable cities. He has developed a deep tech product that harnesses the power of data using computer vision and artificial intelligence solutions to measure the quality of services delivered by cities at a granular level and automate performance assessment using real-time data. Prior to his current role, Bharath worked as an Apprentice Leader (Senior Manager) at Mu Sigma, where he led a team of software engineers and data analysts to deliver innovative solutions to clients. He also founded and served as the CEO of ML Labs Pvt Ltd, where he developed and managed software products for clients in various industries. Bharath holds a Master of Science degree in Bioinformatics from Anna University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology from J.N.T.U. He also holds an I.B.E degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Ratnam Junior College. Bharath's technical expertise includes senior software engineering, product management, computer vision, AI, and ML. He is a highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and improve the quality of life for people.
